Grandma Child Passes Away

So, on the 18th on January, 2010..My dear grandma Florence Lucinda Staker Child passed away and returned to her husband in heaven (reunited together again). She was the most fabulous woman, a friend to all, a great grandma anyone could hope for. It was a hard week for me as I only worked 4 hours the whole week. Her viewing and funeral were so beautiful (even though the snow wasn't). I know she is so much happier, is no longer in pain, and was reunited with her husband, daughter, brother and great-great granddaughter. I will miss you grandma. I love you!!

Start Off A New Year!!

Can believe 2010 is here.., time has been flying fast. Brynlee will be 2 years old on Monday the 4th. I am going to try and set a new years resoultion for myself and that is to lose weight. It is going to be hard, but I am sure that I can do it. Christmas 2009 was a blast. The kids got so much from santa. Today we finally took down our christmas tree and Cayden cried, because he knew christmas was over. We told him that santa will be back next year and he said that he didnt even get to see him and chat with him, so next year I better make sure he goes to the mall to see him. Happy New Year!!

Finally got John a car!!!

We finally got John a car. No more riding motorcycle in the winter!!! It is a pontiac sunfire. It is 2001 and we paid 2250 out the door and it retails for 4295. Killer deal.... I am trying to potty train Kenadee. I bribe her with candy. Hey, ya do what ever works.. Now Brynlee is starting to get interested in it as well... It would be fabulous to have all of my children potty trained. Maybe I need a potty treat too. LOL.

Not much is new....

So, not to much is new here lately... I am working the second job for Kelloggs. It is a very tiring job, but I am getting the hang of it. I am really exhausted by the end of the day and want to sleep, but I don't always get to do that on days that I have to turn around and go and work at the hospital. We filed bankruptcy. We had no other choice, and we also had to surrender John's truck, so all he has now is a motorcycle. We are currently looking for a cheap car that will get him through the winter because the motorcycle wont work very well in the winter so if anyone knows of a good cheap car, please let us know. Cayden is getting big. It is now when I go clothes shopping for him, I can no longer shop in the baby section for him. I wanna cry...My baby boy is growing up so fast.. Kenadee no longer screams at the top of her lungs, but she taught her sister Brynlee how to do it instead. Brynlee is also getting big she now says "luv you". Will keep ya updated if life changes.

Turns Out My Second Job Came Through And I Start Tomorrow

It turns out after a long dragged out process....and very long waiting.....I am starting my second job with Kelloggs tomorrow!! I hope everything goes well... Maybe I will get a discount and even possibly free Kelloggs products that are damaged that they can't put out on the shelves. That would be good... Free Food!!!!

So I Was Told Wrong About My Second Job

Money has been very tight now days with john making .34 cents per mile. So I decided to get a second job. I applied to work with Kelloggs. I would have been stocking the products on the shelves at the stores. I had a phone interview and a personal interview and was told from Darren (the guy who personally interviewed me) that I have the job, that I would be making $9.00 an hour and he will be working with me for the first couple of weeks until I get the hang on things. Well, I checked my e-mail today, and they regret to inform me that they have decided on someone else to give the position to. How rude is that, when I was told in the first place that I had it. Anyway....life goes on...
